Shipping and Return Policy
Packages are shipped via Canada Post. We send shipping notices by email or text message
Please note, orders ship out between Monday to Friday. You will receive an email or text message confirmation once your order has been shipped. Deliveries take place between Monday to Friday, as standard. Delivery hours will usually be between 8 am to 5 pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours.
Canada Post's delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:
- Two business days for local mail
- Three business days within the province (Quebec)
- Four days for national mail
BockAle does not, however, guarantee delivery times. à
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If there has been damage to your product in transit, please reach out to us with a photo and details. We'll replace the product or give you a credit toward your next purchase.
If for some reason your order does not arrive, we will offer a full refund or replace the order.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within three hours of submitting it. If your shipment has already left the warehouse, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it. There are no refunds on orders that are in transit.
BockAle cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot cancel a shipment once it's in transit. If a product is in transit and is taking longer than expected, we will not issue a refund in the event the product arrives later than expected.
